We accompany Escudo Seguros in a stage of analysis and evolutionary internal improvement. We contribute our experience in process models, methodologies and best practices, working together with Business Managers and Systems and Processes Management, in the identification and classification of a pool of improvements with a comprehensive vision in different points: policies, processes, systems, coordination and integration between areas. The deliverable lays the foundations that will allow the company to advance in the continuous improvement of its Operating Model.
